We service the NY tri-state area and if we need to pick up the furniture, we usually do so within a couple of days from when we receive the paperwork. We identify ourselves as the workroom for your company and we work with your customers' schedule to accommodate them with flexible time frames. Once we receive the furniture, we photograph each piece and note all the details. When the information is entered into our customized program, we send you a confirmation stating the exact items received including the prices and fabric yardages where needed. As soon as the fabric arrives to our workroom, we generate work orders, which include any and all instructions that you have indicated. Our highly skilled upholsterers and refinishers do the upholstery and/or refinishing in an expedient, yet efficient manner. We have a workroom manager overseeing that each furniture piece meets our, your, and the customer's expectations. Once they pass inspection, they are wrapped carefully to protect them from any travel hazards. Then, depending on the method that you request, we notify you of completion and obtain any delivery instructions. Finally, we call the customer and set up an appointment at their convenience.
